[CA pgfr] Creating a PUG in Montreal

Hi everybody !

Selena, you asked to remind you about setting up a list for this new PUG, 
so here is the reminer :)
Did you delegated it to someone ? Maybe you can tell me who I should email 
about this ml to help you ?

AFAIK, there an activ PUG in Toronto as well :)

Thanks for the suggestion, I'll try to find and add them to this list 
of contact.

Thanks for this contact as well.

However, my first goal is to create a local group. If it can be a 
motivation for some other connected group around Quebec, it would be very 
great !

Though, I will send my mail to this University and C. Meloche anyway, at 
least to spread the word and remind people PgFR exists, can help them and 
that they can help it as well in many ways !
